Bringing clarity to quality workflows and technical operations.

Quality workflows · Engineering team setup · IT advisory
2019
Zwilling's US operations called for practical support across software, people and infrastructure. Mandigi contributed technical advice for quality-inspection workflows, helped structure an engineering hiring process in Vietnam and reviewed the IT systems that would support day-to-day work.
The project
Selected notes from the engagement
The context
Inspection software is useful only when its workflow matches the people and decisions around it. At the same time, establishing an engineering team across borders requires clear roles and a consistent way to assess candidates. Infrastructure choices also need to account for access, continuity and maintainability.
Mandigi's role
This was an advisory and enablement engagement. Mandigi advised on the development of quality-inspection software and trained staff to use it. For the Vietnam-based engineering team supporting Zwilling US, Mandigi helped define interview and candidate-evaluation processes. The IT assessment covered servers, backup, cybersecurity and employee software licensing.
Approach
The work connected operational needs to specific technical decisions: review the inspection workflow, translate hiring needs into an evaluation process, and assess the infrastructure required to support the work. Training then helped staff use the inspection software in their own context.
What this work shows
Technical delivery extends beyond a single application. Inspection workflows, hiring decisions and IT foundations each need clear ownership and a workable process. This engagement reflects Mandigi's experience supporting an international business from Vietnam across those connected concerns.
