Tech-Link needed business systems to exchange sales-order information and production teams to see key metrics as work happened. Mandigi developed an interface between two ERP systems and a separate KPI visualization and reporting application.

The context
Moving an order between disconnected systems creates manual work and opportunities for mistakes. On the production floor, a useful dashboard needs to show actual performance against targets in a form people can read quickly and investigate over time.
Mandigi's role
Mandigi designed and developed a one-way sales-order interface between Multiable ERP and Workflow ERP. The production KPI application displayed output, efficiency, scrap rate and targets, with reporting views for different periods. Mandigi also worked on a separate sales and budget reporting tool for the sales team.
Approach
The integration translated order data between the two ERP databases so orders could be created without repeated manual entry. For production visibility, the application brought current values and targets onto a screen and added charts for reviewing trends by product and time period. The two pieces addressed different users while sharing the same principle: put reliable operational information where decisions are made.
Outcome
The ERP interface connected sales-order data across two business systems. The KPI application gave production teams a view of output, efficiency, scrap rate and targets, with reports for reviewing performance over time.
